Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals, creating personalized therapy plans
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to help patients regain independence
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services that improve daily living skills and quality of life
- Document services accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise COTAs in line with practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to support each patient's goals
- Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and facility standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
- Active state OT license in South Dakota or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- New graduates welcome to apply

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)

- Supervision of certified occupational therapy assistants
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and family education
- Accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
