- Analyze borrower financial performance and credit risk.
- Conduct quarterly/annual loan reviews and maintain credit reporting.
- Prepare credit applications and support due diligence activities.
- Assist with loan closings, amendments, funding, and other credit events.
- Create internal management reports and support portfolio monitoring.
- Gather documentation, draft credit memos, and perform market/industry research.
- 0-2 years of experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, or related fields preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial statement, accounting, and risk assessment skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Business-level Japanese and English required.
