Lead Receptionist
The Lead Receptionist is responsible for performing a wide range of registration functions across multiple systems, programs, policies, and procedures related to the revenue cycle. This role requires expert-level proficiency in managing and troubleshooting registration systems to ensure seamless and accurate operations. Acting as a liaison to the Registration Manager, the Lead Receptionist supports the standardization and continuous improvement of registration processes across the organization. This position reports directly to the Clinical/Site/Practice Manager and is accountable for the day-to-day management of registration activities.
Education and Work Experience
· An Associate Degree in a business or health related field preferred, OR
· One to two years experience in a service-related field, OR
· Any similar combination of education and experience.
· Minimum of one year as a receptionist at Holzer preferred.
