Performs data entry, and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets. Collects, organizes, records, and files information. Performs Rating & Billing duties. Other duties as assigned.

Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax, copier, personal computer, scanners, etc. Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions. Organized and detail-oriented. Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Communication and client service skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED is required. Two or more years clerical experience. Knowledge and experience in the logistics industry is a plus.

Certifications and Licenses

Certification may be required for position growth.
