Voice Engineer

Job Description VoiceTechnician - Pittsburgh, PA Timeframe - July 2026 - early January 2027 40 hours - Standard Business Hours - 8am-5pm local time A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Scope We are seeking a motivated individual with strong technical expertise and customer service skills to provide onsite support for hospital telephony hardware across hospitals. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining Avaya, SPOK, and Marketspark equipment, including phones, pagers, and servers. The role requires flexibility for shifts, on-call rotations, and occasional after-hours coverage. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, and general IT or telephony experience is preferred. On-call and after-hours responsibilities will be minimal until training is completed, as the required site support training is extensive.
