Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a contract position with a duration of approximately 13 weeks.This position follows a 5x8.0 schedule.The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on the patients' needs, goals, and physician directives. This role includes the delegation and direction of therapy services for assigned patients and ensures that functional treatment programs are in place for effective community reintegration.
