Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Requirements

✅ BLS

✅ ACLS

✅ NRP

✅ Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (or higher)

✅ STABLE Certification (Nursery)

✅ Minimum 1–18 months of recent L&D/Nursery experience

Unit Overview

• 3 Labor & Delivery Beds
• 9 OB Beds
• 14 Nursery Beds
• 3 Intermediate Nursery Beds
• Low-volume unit with fewer than 15 deliveries per month
• EMR: Meditech

Patient Population

• Labor & Delivery
• Postpartum Mothers
• Newborn Nursery
• Intermediate Nursery Patients

Important Notes

• Must be comfortable floating between L&D, Nursery, and Postpartum
• May float when census is low or units are closed
• Ratios follow AWHONN guidelines
• General OB and Nursery experience strongly preferred
