Senior Director of Quality Assurance

Leading the global quality strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Quality Assurance will manage approximately 150 QA and Automation QA engineers across 10 product teams, driving quality practices, AI-enabled testing, and innovation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain a unified quality strategy aligned with organizational goals and oversee quality improvement initiatives Provide leadership and mentorship to QA professionals, fostering talent development and promoting best practices across distributed teams Oversee testing practices and advance automation strategies to support CI/CD pipelines and enhance product quality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 10+ years of QA, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing experience 7+ years in QA leadership roles with responsibility across multiple products and global teams Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC practices Proven ability to lead in a matrixed/dotted-line environment
