We’re looking for a Quality Inspector - Final Inspection in San Carlos, CA who understands that excellence lives in the details and takes pride in protecting quality right up to the moment our products leave our hands.
T he Role
As a Quality Inspector - Final Inspection, you are the final checkpoint between production and customer confidence. Your work ensures every product shipped meets exact specifications, workmanship standards, and quality expectations.
This is a hands-on inspection role in a manufacturing environment, focused specifically on final inspection prior to shipment. You’ll spend most of your day performing detailed dimensional and visual inspections using precision measurement tools. Your accuracy, consistency, and judgment directly protect our customers and our reputation.
What You’ll Do
- Perform final inspections of finished products prior to shipment.
- Verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Conduct detailed dimensional and visual inspections using precision tools, including:
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain complete quality records.
- Identify, segregate, and report non‑conforming material.
- Support containment and corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain focus and consistency while performing repetitive inspection tasks.
- Follow established quality procedures and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled inspection environment.

Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands‑on experience with manual inspection and measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience performing final inspections prior to shipment.
- High attention to detail with the ability to remain focused during repetitive tasks.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 certified environment.
- Familiarity with structured quality systems and inspection documentation.
- Experience with CMM or Keyence inspection systems.
- Background in precision manufacturing, rubber, elastomers, or sealing products.
