Office Manager (Part-Time)Help Build an Award-Winning Team

Position Type: Part-Time (25-30 hours a week)
Reports To: CEO

• Source and recruit top-tier candidates
• Review applications and resumes
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires
• Prepare and present employment offers
• Manage hiring through our HR software (Eddy)

• Help create an outstanding employee experience
• Conduct coaching conversations and performance reviews
• Assist managers with disciplinary documentation and performance improvement plans
• Track employee performance and retention
• Coordinate employee appreciation initiatives
• Support leadership in reducing turnover

• Audit employee time clocks daily
• Maintain employee files and HR records
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Assist with unemployment claims and HR documentation
• Update employee handbook acknowledgements
• Coordinate internal communications and newsletters
• Support accounts receivable and general office administration

• Help coordinate staffing coverage
• Participate in launch meetings for new accounts
• Assist leadership with organizational planning
• Maintain accurate employee and staffing data

Our Office Manager will help us achieve:

• 10+ quality interviews each week
• Less than 25% annual employee turnover
• Less than 1% revenue lost due to staffing shortages
• 98%+ payroll/time clock accuracy
• Improved accounts receivable performance
