• Enjoy collaborative management of complex cardiopulmonary care with Guthrie's Pulse Center , bringing together pulmonary, critical care, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and subspecialty services
• Closed ICU model (26-bed MICU/ICU)
• Predictable ICU scheduling with protected non-ICU time
• Epic EMR across our integrated system
• Teaching opportunities with PCCM Fellowship program
• Strong administrative and operational support

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range $361,000 - $448,000
• Starting bonus and student loan repayment
• Paid relocation assistance
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
