Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Six months to one year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and production documents.
• Basic math skills including measuring, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
• Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures.
• Intermediate computer skills for entering production data and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Duties

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Set up machines accurately using proper setup techniques.
• Identify and report non-conforming or defective materials.
• Feed materials into machines and monitor production operations.
• Stack, bundle, wrap, and palletize finished products for transfer.
• Monitor sheet quality and machine performance throughout production.
• Ensure finished products are properly stacked, wrapped, and transferred to conveyors.
• Complete production reports and enter data into computer systems.
• Provide operator coverage when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Cross-train on additional production equipment and assist with other assigned duties.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
