Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run company-provided sales appointments

• Build rapport and establish trust quickly

• Conduct strong discovery to understand the customer's goals, frustrations, and priorities

• Evaluate the customer's existing bathroom and help design their ideal new space

• Present customized remodeling solutions and build value before presenting price

• Discuss available payment and financing solutions

• Confidently navigate objections, ask for the sale, and close business

• Follow up relentlessly on unsold opportunities

• Maintain strong performance and closing metrics

• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team development

THE PERSON WHO WILL THRIVE HERE

You may already be successful in Home Improvement Sales, Remodeling, Roofing, Windows, HVAC, Solar, Automotive Sales, Furniture, Real Estate, Insurance, High-Ticket Retail, or B2C Sales.

But industry experience isn't the only thing we care about. We're interested in sales DNA. If you have a history of exceeding goals, closing at a high level, earning commission, competing for the top spot, and finding a way to win - we want to hear about it.
