Job Description Job Description A renowned global construction company in Phoenix, AZ is searching for a Construction Project Accountant! They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of accounting experience in a high-volume construction industry, with a solid understanding of GAAP and time spent working with Procore. Pay Range: $70,000 - 80,000 DOE Responsibilities: Manage financial operations for significant construction projects, focusing on accurate billing and efficient payment processes Oversee financial transactions, ensuring alignment with project costs and subcontractor agreements Conduct comprehensive financial reporting and analysis for multiple projects Participate in project planning and execution, providing crucial financial insights and support Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement financial strategies effectively Utilize specialized construction and accounting software for financial tracking and reporting Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards within the construction industry Facilitate key financial aspects of project management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the construction industry, preferably in high-volume environments Proficiency in construction accounting software such as Procore, GD Edwards, and workflow management systems like On Base Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in the field Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects and complex tasks Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial team members Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Capacity to adapt to changing project demands and work collaboratively with diverse teams Committed to upholding high standards of work and capable of delivering constructive feedback within a supportive framework Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus Medical, Dental and Vision insurance 401K plan with match Generous vacation and sick leave policies Fitness reimbursement Growth opportunities Work-life balance Future hybrid potential Relocation offered #J-18808-Ljbffr
