Software QA Engineer

Detail-oriented and quality-driven, the full-time Software QA Engineer II will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, perform manual testing, and ensure product reliability in a remote healthcare environment. Key responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and cases with a focus on manual validation of complex features Perform thorough functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across all stages of the software development lifecycle Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues, while managing defects and collaborating with cross-functional teams Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong emphasis on manual testing Deep understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and manual testing best practices Proven experience designing and executing detailed manual test cases and exploratory testing strategies Strong SQL skills for backend and database validation Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
