We currently have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial Division in ------------, Montana. This role works directly with Commercial clients to ensure excellent customer service while accurately processing motor vehicle transactions and meeting strict client deadlines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Position Summary

The Customer Service Commercial Agent works directly with Commercial clients and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction and timely processing of transactions. This position requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines while complying with all MVD policies, procedures, and regulations. The role involves handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities

• Work directly with Commercial vendors and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support account management activities and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed all client deadlines
• Perform basic motor vehicle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide clear, professional verbal and written communication
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and client information
• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Ensure exceptional telephone etiquette at all times
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Work effectively in a structured, team-oriented environment
• Communicate with Commercial clients via phone, email, letter, or in person in a professional manner
• Maintain title processing proficiency
• Assist other Commercial offices during high-volume periods to meet client deadlines, as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

• Account management and sales experience preferred
