Mental Health Counselor Masters

Mental Health Counselor Masters (part‑time, variable) at Providence Portland Medical Center Provide clinically therapeutic programs and treatment in the inpatient behavioral health units. In collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team and under the supervision of the manager/director, deliver various modalities of treatment from a trauma‑informed clinical model that can include group, individual, and family therapy. Use psychosocial interventions established in the patient treatment plan and assist in stabilizing and treating patients during their stay. Provide feedback to the multidisciplinary team, support discharge planning, and facilitate rapid stabilization and transition of patients back into the community or the next level of care. Qualifications Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or another mental‑health related field from an accredited institution. LCSW required in Oregon; LICSW required in Washington as applicable. Master's Degree in Recreational Therapy from an accredited institution. CTRS national credential required, and Oregon licensure required. Master's Degree in Creative/Expressive Arts from an accredited institution. Eligibility for LPC or LMFT in Oregon and required licensure (LPC or LMFT). At least 2 years of relevant experience in an inpatient mental‑health setting. Experience working with adult, child/adolescent, and geriatric populations in inpatient settings. Working Hours Part‑time, variable shift. Workplace: On‑site at Providence Portland Medical Center, 4805 NE Glisan St, Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $37.84 - $58.75 per hour.
