This role focuses on resolving basic technical issues, documenting incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, and escalating more complex matters following established procedures. The Analyst I develops foundational technical and customer service skills while learning organizational systems, policies, and workflows.Responsibilities and DutiesProvide first-level support via phone, portal, email, and remote toolsLog, categorize, prioritize, assign and document tickets accurately in ServiceNowPerform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, account access, and peripheralsMeet defined SLAs and customer service standardsParticipate in training and continuous learningHandles low-to-moderate complexity incidents and requestsFollows documented procedures and knowledge articlesEscalates issues appropriately based on defined criteriaEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.
