Commercial Loan Processor Mission, KS | Fully Onsite Full-Time | $70-80K LHH is partnering with a well-established Kansas City financial institution who is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Processor to join its growing lending team. This position plays a critical role in the commercial loan process by coordinating loan documentation, supporting loan closings, ensuring compliance, and partnering with lenders to provide an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial lending operations, loan documentation, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced banking environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process commercial loan requests from approval through closing and funding.
• Prepare, review, and maintain commercial loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, title companies, attorneys, and third-party vendors throughout the loan process.
• Gather and review financial information, entity documentation, collateral documents, and other required lending information.
• Order and track appraisals, title work, flood certifications, UCC searches, and other due diligence items. Ensure loan files comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and lending procedures.
• Manage loan exceptions, document deficiencies, and post-closing follow-up activities.
• Prepare closing packages and coordinate funding of approved loans.
• Support commercial lenders with ongoing portfolio maintenance and loan servicing needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the bank's loan systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of commercial loan processing, commercial loan operations, loan documentation, or related banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and closing procedures.
• Experience handling commercial real estate, C&I, SBA, agricultural, or construction loans preferred. Familiarity with loan systems such as LaserPro, PrecisionLender, Baker Hill, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
