About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a newly formed, PE-backed multi-site platform. This is a pivotal, ground-floor opportunity for a hands-on CFO to partner directly with the CEO and sponsor in building the business from the ground up. The successful candidate will be responsible for professionalizing finance, reporting, controls, and KPIs, leading financial underwriting for new site development and acquisitions, and driving M&A execution and integration. The role also involves building PE-grade reporting, forecasting, and board materials, and scaling the finance organization as the platform grows. Applicants must have a proven track record in PE-backed, multi-site businesses, with a strong focus on M&A and real estate experience. A background in multi-site business models such as franchise, education services, healthcare, behavioral health, or consumer services is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, capable of designing the financial, operational, and reporting infrastructure necessary to support the company's growth plan. While exit experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. The role is remote, with the expectation of travel to new and existing sites as needed.
