Overview As a General Manager at Dunkin’, you will oversee daily operations, lead local marketing, achieve sales and profit targets, and cultivate a high‑performance team. Responsibilities Drive overall store operations and performance. Develop and execute local store marketing initiatives. Achieve sales and profit goals. Support the Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. Maintain open availability to accommodate schedule changes and variations. Qualifications At least one year of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience. Legal age of 18 years or older. Strong team management, attention to detail, and guest service skills. Readiness to begin workday at 4 a.m. and maintain flexible hours.
