Key Responsibilities• Engage with inbound buyer and seller leads.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations.

Requirements• Active Tennessee real estate license.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Organized and accountable.
• Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
CompensationCommission-based
Typical range: $125k -185k
Schedule:Flexible, yet full-time
Evenings and weekends as necessary (real estate is not a 9–5 job)
