If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Events Marketing, Los Angeles to join our Clients & Markets organization.Responsibilities:Implement targeted, end-to-end event marketing plans for regional events; coordinate campaign timelines, manage audience segmentation with stakeholders, and monitor registration pacing to meet attendance and lead-generation goalsDevelop and deploy multi-channel promotional assets such as email marketing journeys, digital invitations, organic/paid social copy, and landing pages; coordinate with subject matter experts to align speaker briefs, presentation content, and event collateral with core marketing messaging and brand guidelines Provide on-site support for local events and serve as the primary marketing point of contact for events, coordinating with the Events & Meetings team to ensure the logistical execution aligns with the overall marketing goalsTrack, analyze, and report on key marketing performance indicators providing actionable insights to optimize future regional marketing programsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in event marketing or field marketing, with a focus on executing regional events and virtual webcasts Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Business, or related field Strong financial acumen, with experience managing event-level budgets and tracking expenses; strong location-based event marketing management and on-site operational skills with experience in webcast production and virtual event platforms Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including strategy teams and local vendors Solid understanding of audience segmentation, buyer journey mapping, brand governance, and lead-nurturing strategiesTravel is required, must be willing to travel within a designated region to support in-market events Must be based in the designated geographic market to facilitate on-site event execution and seamless collaboration with local business stakeholdersApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B,L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visaKPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
