MRI Technologist

Seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI, and potentially cross-train in other modalities if registered. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, performing studies independently or in on‑call situations, and ensuring quality control. Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients. Prepare patients and equipment for scans. Perform studies independently, including portable exams and on‑call duties. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or trade school education. No prior experience required; preferred 2+ years for advanced roles. Certifications such as RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, or RCES are advantageous. Licenses like IEMA (excluding MRI) are required. CPR and IV therapy certifications are preferred. Key Duties: Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with attention to patient comfort and safety. Maintain equipment and ensure quality assurance. Participate in call, holiday, and weekend rotations as required. Additional Info: Cross‑training in MRI is available for registered technologists.
