Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required. Soliant is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at a school near Mt Vernon, OH. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized support and interventions for students with autism and non-verbal munication needs. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans. Design and implement individualized behavior programs and interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Provide direct behavior therapy services to students, implementing evidence-based strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior management. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behavior support plans. Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed. Attend students’ IEP meetings as needed, providing input on behavior goals and interventions. Provide guidance and training to staff members, including teachers and paraprofessionals, on behavior management strategies. Maintain accurate records of behavior assessments, intervention plans, progress notes, and other required documentation. Stay up to date with current research and best practices in the fields of autism and neurological disorders. Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working with students with autism and non-verbal munication needs. LBSI or School/Clinical Psychologist licensure preferred. Thorough knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies. Excellent munication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administrators. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
