With a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency, the company provides employees with a stable, team-oriented work environment and opportunities to make a direct impact on daily operations.Direct hire opportunity with a stable and established employerPart-time weekday schedule with no weekend work requiredHands-on role for experienced equipment operators who enjoy working outdoorsTraining provided for equipment maintenance proceduresSafety-focused work environmentOpportunity to utilize and build heavy equipment operating skillsTeam-oriented workplace with a strong commitment to operational excellencePart-time Equipment Operator Details:Direct Hire position$26.00 / annuallyPart Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)Operate a front-end loader to move sand and gravel throughout an active gravel pit.Transport processed materials to designated areas, including the clarifier.Complete daily equipment inspections and perform basic equipment maintenance.Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental guidelines while working outdoors.Climb in and out of heavy equipment regularly and assist with daily site operations as needed.Part-time Equipment Operator Qualifications:Previous heavy equipment operating experience required; front-end loader experience preferred.Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and work safely in an active production environment.Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequently climb in and out of heavy equipment.Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen required.Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).No high school diploma or GED required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
