Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed radiation treatments to patients accurately and safely.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report any adverse reactions or concerns promptly.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures and potential side effects.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Adhere to all regulatory and institutional policies regarding radiation safety and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Radiation Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Certification and licensure as required by relevant regulatory bodies.
• Strong knowledge of radiation therapy techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
