Senior HVAC Service Technician – Leadership Opportunity The Air Squad | West Palm Beach, FL

Pay: $30–$35/hour + Commission

Target Earnings: $100,000–$120,000+ annually, based on performance

Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.

• Solve complex electrical, refrigeration, airflow, communicating system, and inverter-related problems.

• Identify repair opportunities and recommend honest solutions without high-pressure sales tactics.

• Clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers.

• Deliver exceptional service and quality workmanship.

• Mentor less-experienced technicians and lead by example.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of residential HVAC service experience REQUIRED.
  
  
• Advanced electrical, refrigeration, and airflow diagnostic skills.

• Experience with variable-speed, communicating, and inverter systems.

• EPA certification required.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Complete professional HVAC tool set , including meters, gauges, connectors, torches, and diagnostic equipment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong work ethic, accountability, and a team-first attitude.

• Desire to grow into a future leadership role.

Compensation & Benefits

• $30–$35/hour based on experience.

• Commission on revenue sold.

• Target earnings of $100,000–$120,000+ annually, based on performance and hours worked.

• Overtime after 40 hours.

Schedule & Service Area

• Monday–Friday, typically 8 AM–5 PM.

• Rotating on-call responsibilities.

• No work after 8 PM.

• Typically 4–6 calls daily.

• Palm Beach County service area only.
