Senior Product Manager (Mobile Experience & CRM)

The Mission: We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to join a high-velocity team dedicated to delivering world-class mobile user experiences. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex business requirements and intuitive, user-centric design. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from initial wireframing to sophisticated CRM integration and post-launch optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Roadmap Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with overarching business goals.
- UX/UI Leadership: Drive mobile app initiatives by creating high-fidelity wireframes and engaging designs using Figma and Lucidchart.
- CRM & Ecosystem Integration: Oversee the implementation and alignment of CRM projects to ensure a seamless data flow and a personalized user journey.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between Design, Development, and Business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality features.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate on the app experience, utilizing A/B testing and advanced analytics.
- Documentation Excellence: Author comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and maintain clear communication regarding strategy and progress to all stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in Product Management, with a deep focus on mobile app development (including full release cycles) and UX/UI.
- CRM Literacy: Proven familiarity with CRM integration and implementation strategies.
- Design Tooling: Proficiency in Figma and Lucidchart for workflow mapping and interface design.
- Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Analytical Rigor: A user-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Preferred Skills & Interests:
- Analytics & Testing: Experience with tools such as Mixpanel, UXCam, Amazon QuickSight, Optimizely, or Statsig.
- Industry Passion: An interest in the Automotive or DIY/Maker space is highly preferred and will help you better understand our core user base.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills are a must for this collaborative environment.
