Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care for adult and geriatric patients in a variety of surgical services including:
- General OR
- Neuro
- Orthopedic
- Vascular
- Transplant procedures
- Engage in high-acuity and trauma surgical cases, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality.

Qualifications:
- Required: 2 years of Operating Room experience
- Required: Level I trauma experience
- Required: Strong General OR experience
- Required: Total joint and Neuro experience
- Required: Vascular and General Surgery experience
- Preferred: Prior experience in Community Hospital or LTAC settings
- Certifications: BLS, TNCC essential for your role.

Schedule Details:
- Shifts: 40 hours per week
- 4 x 10-hour shifts (06:45 - 19:15)
- Call required: Approximately 6 weekday and 2 weekend shifts

Flexibility & Support:
- Float between like units based on facility needs.
- Block scheduling requests considered upon submission.
- Local candidates welcome with differential pay!

Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in all surgical procedures within your scope, including but not limited to:
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair
- Anterior cervical fusion
- Craniotomy
- Total joint replacements
- Operate with advanced charting systems (Cerner).

Clinical Environment:
- Work in a well-staffed and fully equipped OR with approximately 14 rooms.
- Receive comprehensive support from interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services, radiology, and pharmacy.
