Senior Accountant - Consolidations

Senior Accountant - Consolidations Join a dynamic team in a pivotal role as a Senior Accountant specializing in Consolidations, where your expertise will drive critical financial processes and strategic decision-making. This hybrid position offers a collaborative environment with three in-office days per week, supporting a smooth balance between teamwork and autonomy. As a key contributor, you'll manage complex multi-entity consolidations, intercompany transactions, and accounting for acquisitions and joint ventures, ensuring compliance with GAAP and supporting the company’s growth trajectory. Required Skills Strong background in consolidations, multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and accounting for acquisitions and joint ventures Proven experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards experience not mandatory) High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and process improvement focus Ability to handle ad hoc requests in a fast-paced, non-structured environment Excellent communication skills for addressing management inquiries and supporting strategic initiatives Nice to Have Skills CPA certification or prior experience with Big 4 firms Construction industry experience (not mandatory, but a plus) Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Advanced technical knowledge of US GAAP Minimum of 4-6 years in accounting, with demonstrated expertise in consolidations and small to medium-sized multi-entity environments Other Requirements Ability to work onsite three days a week (Monday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Friday) or as specified Immediate availability to start early to mid September Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and spreadsheet skills This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a growing organization with the potential for contract-to-hire conversion within 60 days.
