Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care. Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents through compassionate care. Mentor and guide other nursing staff to foster a positive, team-oriented environment. Qualifications of a Registered Nurse: Active RN license in the state of New Jersey. Strong clinical skills and the ability to prioritize patient care. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
