As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a key role in producing precision‑machined components while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include: Operate CNC Swiss-style and Mill/Turn lathes to manufacture precision components. Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications. Monitor machine performance and identify quality or production concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow established quality procedures, production standards, and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with teammates during shift handoffs to ensure smooth production. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of CNC machining or CNC operator experience. Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings. Experience using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong understanding of quality inspections and production processes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts. Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to stand and work throughout a 12-hour production shift.
