Abby Road Rodney Parham , located at 9816 N Rodney Parham Rd Suite 7, Little Rock, AR 72227 is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, punctual and engaged.

This is a fulltime position with expected hours between 40-42 hours per week. Shift lengths can vary and overtime is often available.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing stores.
• Maintains scheduling commitments.
• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Assist customers by asking questions and showing them products.
• Educate customers by providing accurate information on our products.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; correctly processing cash, credit cards and store gift cards.
• Use good judgment to solve customer service issues, product issues and when processing a return.
• Merchandizing, stocking and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable Transportation and Valid Drivers License.
• Open Availability Monday thru Sunday.
• Retail Experience.
• Vape and Smoke Shop product knowledge.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Neat and clean appearance suitable for a retail environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to problem solve as issues arise.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and during downtime.
