Quick Facts Location: Macon, GA (888 Pine Street) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: Open-ended / Permanent position Shift: Variable shifts including 10-hour days (Monday-Thursday), 8-hour weekend shifts, and 16-hour night coverage (no call) Hours/week: Approximately 40+ hours Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent License/Certs: Must be Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Experience: 2+ years as NNP required (not including RN experience) Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Paid sick time according to applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursable expenses where applicable Robust referral bonus program 401(k) plan with company match Employee stock purchase program (15% discount) Additional benefits such as hospital, critical illness, accident plans, and employee assistance programs What You’ll Do Provide expert neonatal care within the Level-III NICU Utilize advanced neonatal ventilation and brain cooling techniques Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary team members Participate in patient assessments, care planning, and interventions Support high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapy Contribute to the clinical appointment at Mercer Medical School Engage in quality improvement initiatives and family education Maintain compliance with hospital policies and neonatal care standards What You Need Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Minimum 2 years of experience as an NNP (excluding RN years) Active Georgia state license or the ability to obtain one Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading healthcare facility in Macon, Georgia, offering a modern, comprehensive NICU environment supported by subspecialty services and a Magnet-recognized hospital.
