About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the chief executive and lead the organization in partnership with the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing a strategic plan to ensure the overall success of the multi-specialty medical group. This includes operational management, maintaining high-quality care standards, and overseeing fiscal operations. The Executive Director will also be tasked with promoting the organization within the community, building and maintaining business relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree and/or related certification preferred. A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a senior executive management role, particularly within a multi-specialty group practice, is required. The role demands strong communication skills, financial acumen, and a proven track record in managing fiscal performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in fostering productive relationships with various stakeholders, including the Board, local health system, and regional leadership. Strategic planning, policy development, and the ability to make sound, strategic recommendations are also essential qualifications for this position.
