Assistant Community Manager: Real Estate Ops & Revenue

Greystar in Montclair, NJ is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the financial operations of a garden-style community. You will handle rent collections, deposits, invoicing, and reporting, while using Yardi/OneSite to record transactions and reconcile accounts. You will work with the community team to ensure resident satisfaction, enforce lease terms, and assist in leasing activities.
