LOCATION : Onsite FLSA : Non-Exempt HOURS : Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week COMPENSATION : $42.00 - $57.00 per hour (depending on experience) ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: AdheretoGoodClinicalPractice(GCP)andallapplicableregulatoryrequirements. PerformIVinfusionand IM/SQ injectionsofblindedandunblindedinvestigationalproductsaccordingtostudyprotocols, Obtainbloodspecimensandotherbiologicalsamplesfromstudyparticipants/patientsfollowingproper clinical procedures. EnsureaccurateandtimelysourcedocumentationincompliancewithGCPandsponsorguidelines. Monitorparticipants/patientsforinfusion reactions andadverseeventsandreportand documentfindingsperprotocol,regulatoryrequirements, and site SOPs. Maintainconfidentialityandintegrityofstudydataandallparticipant/patientinformation. Collaboratewithinvestigators,studycoordinators,pharmacy,andotherclinicalstafftoensureprotocolcompliance. Participateintrainingsessionsandmaintaincurrentknowledgeofclinicaltrialproceduresand safety standards. RepresentFlourishResearchinaprofessionalandcourteousmanner(verbal,writtenandin appearance)wheninteractingwithallstaff,clients,andvendors. Additionaldutiesasassignedbymanagement. Communicate effectively,compassionately,and professionally with patients and guests,physicians, employees, and all others. Abilitytodriveanddailyavailabilityofanautomobile. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Active ColoradoRegisteredNurse(RN)licensein good standing. ONS/ONCCcertificationstronglypreferred. GCPcertificationpreferred. BLScertificationrequired,ACLS preferred. KnowledgeandSkills: Workingknowledgeofclinicalresearchmethodspreferred. Critical thinking withstrongattentiontodetailanddocumentationaccuracy. Demonstratedabilitytocollaborateandalignwithoperations. Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills. Ability to communicate effectively,compassionately, and professionally with patients and guests,physicians, employees, and all others. ExcellentcomputerskillstoincludeEMR,Office365and otherproducts. ExperienceinreviewingStandardOperatingProcedurespreferred. Strongproblemsolving,riskassessmentandimpactanalysisabilities. Demonstratedexperienceinprocessimprovement. Flexible,abletomulti-task,andprioritizecompetingdemands. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Abilitytothinkand workindependentlywith minimal supervision. Possessstrong clinicalnursingand patient careskills.
