Collections Specialist

Collections Specialist – TNT Financial Inc. Position Type: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week) Compensation: Hourly Pay + Performance Bonuses TNT Financial Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and experience communicating effectively with consumers while maintaining professionalism and compliance. Responsibilities Contact consumers regarding past‑due accounts and arrange payment solutions. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining collection goals. Handle difficult conversations professionally and effectively de‑escalate situations. Perform skip tracing activities to locate consumers who have become difficult to contact using multiple databases and resources. Document all account activity accurately and thoroughly. Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail. Follow company policies and applicable collection regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department objectives. Qualifications Basic computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software programs. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service and problem‑solving skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Experience in collections, customer service, call center operations, or skip tracing is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and reliability. Saturday availability.
