About the Job Now Hiring for Pacific Rail Services working at St. Louis Rail Terminal! Start Immediately in a Recession-Proof Industry - No Experience Needed! Are you ready to launch a stable career in the rail industry? Join Pacific Rail Services working at the BNSF St. Louis Rail Terminal! We're hiring for an entry-level position that combines Hostler Driver and Ground Person duties. We provide on-the-job training -you'll learn everything you need to succeed! What You'll Do:
- Operate jockey trucks to move 53ft trailers, containers, and chassis around the rail yard.
- Perform ground duties like climbing on/off railcars, securing tracks, and handling inner box connectors (IBCs).
- Assist crane operators and side loaders using hand signals for safe loading/unloading.
- Stack/unstack chassis and manage chassis racks.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- $20.00/hr with no experience.
- Higher starting rate available for experienced jockey drivers.
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12 hours).
- 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM (10 hours).
- Medical & Vision (starts after 60 days + first of the following month).
