Weekend Charge LVN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Charge LVN to join our team at Avir at Parkview, a rehabilitation center in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Weekend Charge LVN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, while also leading and guiding our nursing staff on weekends. If you are a motivated and experienced LVN with a passion for delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing treatment procedures
Assist with transferring patients, including ambulating and lifting
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Lead and guide the nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support as needed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment
Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
