Medical Director Physician
Cynet locums
Shift: Primarily remote, with on-site work as needed for key initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives for LIS and EHR integration across multiple facilities
- Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and HIPAA standards
- Provide medical and technical oversight for system validation and optimization
- Collaborate with executive leadership on data management, interoperability, and workflow efficiency
Requirements:
- MD or DO with Board Certification in Clinical Pathology, Anatomic Pathology, or both
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Clinical Informatics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare informatics or IT leadership preferred
