Installation of various vehicle interior/exterior parts. Responsibilities: Installation of all interior/exterior components and hardware Set work priorities to meet production goals as schedules Meet all QA and QC standards for each task Function with a minimal amount of supervision Meet standards of safety and 5S standards Promote the use and applications of Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools as part of the culture Be compliant with the rules of conduct and attendance policy Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment): Ability to read, write comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English Must be able to prioritize work Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English Ability to read and use a linear and other measuring devises Familiar with various tools; drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw and router Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards Ability to recognize quality expected and be able to reproduce it Education and Experience: 0-1 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred Physical Demands: Thy physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role. The base pay offered for the role may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
