Job Description
TITLE
Travel Nurse - Medical Surgical

SCHEDULE
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (12hr Days)
Every other weekend and holidays required if needed

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours

REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years current Medical Surgical experience
- Telemetry experience required
- Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required
- Massachusetts RN license
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- Active American Heart Association ACLS
- NIHSS certification
- Meditech Expanse experience preferred
- Must have own vehicle

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Document care and communicate effectively with team members.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Personal scrubs of any color required.
- Must include agency nursing service license for submission.
- All requests for time off must be noted at the time of profile upload.
- Willingness to float to any medical surgical unit as needed.
