Assure resident apartment and laundry are clean and sanitized as scheduled. Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe. Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner. Vacuuming hallways, elevators and furniture Washing inside glass doors and windows Sweeping and/or mopping floors Cleaning and stocking supplies in restroom Dusting Rubbish/trash removal Washing / polishing woodwork and baseboards Seasonal duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident’s best interest.
