Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Benefits: Bonus based on performance The Child NeuroBehavioral Center for Health & Wellness, PC is an established, fast-paced private practice in Augusta, GA offering coordinated and comprehensive rehabilitation services for children, adolescents, and adults in the Georgia area. We are seeking a part-time, contracted OT interested in assessing and treating children with visual processing and orthographic / literacy issues. Worker would be assessing children's vision and graphomotor skills, creating treatment plans, & implementing research based programs such as Handwriting Without Tears, vision rehabilitation measures, and others. Training will be supported or provided. The job entails performing occupational therapy & collaborative rehabilitation evaluations with children and adolescents using the BOT, Peabody & vision therapy measures providing occupational therapy; providing dyslexia / vision training scoring and writing reports and case notes. Collaboration is provided by Dr. Maria E. Gangarosa-Emerson.
