Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location:Aviata at Brooksville Address: 1445 Howell Ave, Brooksville, FL 34601 Shifts Available: FT - Evening (3p-11p) & Night (11p-7a) PT - Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p) & Night (11p-7a) Aviata Health Group is seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aviata at Brooksville. As a CNA at our skilled nursing facility, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities: Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards Assist residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility Aid in daily tasks such as use of telephone, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents Assist in dining, including escorting residents to dining room, serving, and clean up Companionship and conversation Other duties as assigned Requirements: High School diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age Florida CNA license Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation Benefits: Competitive Pay: Holiday pay and additional hours may apply; PTO program Perfect Punch Program: $225 bi-weekly bonus for full-time Tuition reimbursement is offered.
