BIM Coordinator

Supporting the planning and design of large-scale industrial facilities, the full-time BIM Coordinator will develop, coordinate, and maintain multidisciplinary BIM models across various engineering disciplines in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain conceptual and schematic BIM models for large-scale industrial and MEP-intensive facilities Coordinate BIM models across Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural disciplines Create and maintain federated models for design reviews, spatial coordination, and constructability analysis Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as Architecture or Engineering 3+ years of BIM modeling, coordination, or design technology experience Experience developing 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, or comparable BIM/CAD platforms Experience supporting multidisciplinary coordination for complex industrial or building projects Strong understanding of BIM standards and coordination workflows
