Acute Physical Therapist
Minnesota | Full-Time | 85% Outpatient | 10-12 hour shifts
We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in Minnesota. You'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, with access to the latest tools and resources to provide high-quality rehabilitation services.
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
- Educate patients and their families about injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Minnesota
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or sports rehabilitation is preferred but not required
- Passion for helping patients achieve their health goals
