We are seeking an experienced, local Commercial Glazing Project Manager to oversee our growing pipeline of multi-million dollar projects from engineering hand-off through final sign-off.

What You Will Do

• Execute Large-Scale Projects: Oversee mid-to-large commercial glazing contracts, including curtain walls, window walls, storefronts, and heavy coastal impact systems.
• Manage Budgets & Profitability: Maintain strict oversight of job costs, approve vendor invoicing, and aggressively negotiate contract change orders.
• Oversee Procurement: Coordinate full material take-offs and manage logistics for glass, extruded aluminum, and custom hardware orders with core fabricators.
• Review Technical Documents: Interpret complex architectural blueprints, structural engineering drawings, submittals, and requests for information (RFIs).
• Field & Client Coordination: Schedule field crews, coordinate master timelines with General Contractors, and lead progress meetings on-site.
• Enforce Safety Standards: Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols tailored for high-wind zone job sites.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years managing large-scale commercial glazing or heavy commercial window/facade installations.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency reading architectural and structural shop drawings, with a solid grasp of wind-load and impact requirements.
• Software Skills: Hands-on experience with construction project management platforms like Procore or Bluebeam.
• Logistics & Leadership: Proven track record handling multiple commercial build schedules and dealing directly with tier-1 General Contractors.
• Education: A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred, but extensive hands-on commercial glazing field leadership will be heavily prioritized.
